Our Midtown Manhattan office is located at 315 Madison Avenue, directly across from Grand Central Terminal, one of the most accessible locations in New York City. Whether you're commuting in from the suburbs, stepping away from your desk for a lunchtime session, or fitting therapy in between back-to-back meetings, getting here is one thing you won't have to stress about

In-person sessions are available Tuesday and Thursday. Virtual therapy is available throughout New York and New Jersey on every day of the week.

I’m Salina Grilli

I was stunned by how isolating and unsupported motherhood could feel when I first became a mom. This is coming from a highly trained therapist who had spent years in therapy with plenty of great tools.

At the time, Manhattan Modern Therapy was primarily supporting clients in recovery from eating disorders and anxious high achievers trying to keep it all together (and we still do). But, as I navigated postpartum—and as I watched many of my clients become moms—a new fire lit inside me. 

Moms and moms-to-be needed relatable mental health support that didn’t shy away from the hard stuff. So, I made that my clinical focus and personal mission. 

We bridged our specialties to help high-achieving women as they navigate anxiety, perfectionism, and mounting pressures—on top of every stage of motherhood.
