What are your rates?

Sessions with Salina Grilli (LCSW, PMH-C) are $275, and associate therapists range from $125 to $200.

We reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients navigating financial hardship. If you’re unsure what’s right for you, reach out, and we’re happy to talk through your options.

Do you take insurance?

We don’t offer direct billing, but we take the hassle out of reimbursement. You pay the full session fee at the time of your appointment, and we submit the claim to your insurance provider on your behalf. No paperwork required. You’ll receive reimbursement directly from your insurance.

Before your first session, we’ll verify your out-of-network benefits so you have a clear picture of your coverage, deductible, and reimbursement rates.

To further support accessibility, a limited number of sliding-scale spots are available for those who may not have out-of-network coverage or need additional financial flexibility.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Yes, we offer in-person therapy sessions at our Midtown Manhattan office in New York City, as well as at our Toms River location in New Jersey. Whether you're looking for trauma-informed therapy, EMDR sessions, or support for postpartum mental health, we're here to meet you where you are—literally.

We also offer virtual therapy throughout New York and New Jersey.

How often do we meet?

Research indicates that initiating therapy with consistent, weekly sessions yields more favorable outcomes. That’s why we ask new clients to commit to weekly sessions for the first 8 weeks. After that, we’ll reassess together session frequency based on your progress and goals.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any non-emergency cancellations. If a session is canceled within 48 hours, the full session fee will apply. That said, we understand that life happens and everyone gets one free pass as a courtesy.

Do I have to be a mother to work with you?

Not at all. One of our specializations is working with people throughout all stages of the motherhood journey (from considering kids and trying to conceive to postpartum and beyond), but many of our clients fall outside that.

We also specialize in working with people in their 20s-30s who are struggling with things like anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, and eating disorders.

Do you only work with women?

No, we would never turn someone away based on gender. Many of our clients are women and mothers, but we work with people of all genders.

Are you LGBTQIA+ affirming?

Yes, this is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ individuals. We’re committed to serving clients with diverse family structures, sexualities, genders, cultural backgrounds, and lived experiences.
